Ma Tiao (马条), a Chinese folk rock singer and songwriter originally from Karamay, Xinjiang Province, now in Beijing. 1994 came to Beijing, 1999 finished his self producted debut album "Silly Girl" 《傻女孩》 and got signed to Warner Music China in October but due to div. reasons this album got never released.
