馬場俊英(Baba Toshihide) is a Japanese singer-songwriter from Saitama. While attending high school from 1983-85 Toshihide formed his first band サンズトレイン. He released two albums on indie labels until the band's split in 1993. After the dissolution of the band Toshihide decided to start a solo career. After a tumultuous period of small labels in the mid '90s and the start of the new millennium he managed to secure a deal with Warner Music Japan in 2008. He has released 16 singles, 9 albums and a three disc best of album to date and is about to release his yet-to-be titled 10th album.
