陳珊妮 (Sandee Chan) is a Taiwanese singer, song-writer and producer. Born in 1970 to a Taiwanese mother and a Chinese Filipino father, Sandee studied piano as a girl, and learned to play an electric piano in high school. As a university freshman, she founded the first Rock and Roll Music Club in Cheng Chi University, while continuing to play music through keyboards, guitars and other music instruments.
