鈴木亜美, written 鈴木あみ pre-avex), born February 9, 1982, is a female singer and songwriter from Zama, Kanagawa, Japan. She was one of the most popular female singers between 1998 and 2000. While she was attending high school, Ami auditioned to the Japanese talent show ASAYAN, which was looking for young girls who could sing.
