Carris Tsai (previously known as Kerris Tsai) is a Taiwanese-Hokkien pop singer born in 21st April 1967. She debuted in 1979 as a child singer and went famous by the late 1980s with multiple classics like 什麼樂 (Lottery Joy) and 金包銀 (Silver Wrapped in Gold) which were written by her then producer, 蔡振南 (Chen-nan Tsai), with whom she enterred a relationship with.
