Kazusa Wakayama (若山かずさ, born Noriko Yamada, 22 March 1964) is an enka singer from Sodegaura, Chiba, Japan. Wakayama chose her artist name, Kazusa, from the name of the former feudal region that was situated in the area her hometown lies in, Kazusa-no-kuni. Wakayama is a graduate of the medical college at Tokyo University, and is currently teaching forensic medicine at Kanagawa Dental College. Wakayama made her début as a recording artist in 1984 with "Wakare-ai" (「別れ愛」). She had her breakthrough in 1991 with "Shinobi-gasa" (「しのび傘」).
