照井利幸 (Terui Toshiyuki) is a musician from Aichi, Japan. He is most famous for his tenure as bassist for BLANKEY JET CITY, but has been part of numerous bands and projects through the years, such as the garage rock band ROSSO and the instrumental trio Signals. In 2010, Terui started a solo project, and released the instrumental album FLOAT, on which he plays a variety of instruments. During the same year, he also reunited with former BLANKEY JET CITY bandmate 浅井健一 (Asai Kenich), and formed the garage rock outfit PONTIACS, which sees him return to his roots as a bass player.
