Bitei Matsuki was born and raised in the mountains of Shizuoka. He is an artist who’s music is inspired by jazz with a touch of Japanese sound. He started listening to music on his own accord when a friend of his recommended the band Queen. Matsuki’s love for jazz and hard bop started when he and his friends started a band in high school.
