山西アカリ (Yamanishi Akari, born 25th March 1991 in Wakayama Prefecture as 山西明音 (Yamanishi Akane)) is a Japanese enka-kayokyoku singer. Yamanishi was the champion of 2007 NHK Nodojiman in Wakayama Prefecture. The following year she appeared on the Grand Champion edition of the same show. In 2013 she started studying under composer 水森英夫 (Mizumori Hideo). In 2017, Yamanishi made her recording debut as part of the group 水曇ーMizmo-. In 2022, Yamanishi made her solo debut with the single 拝啓 みかんの里 on Tokuma Communications Japan. The same year, she also appeared on the TBS show The Karaoke Battle.
