Her fans referred to her as “synth utahime” due to how her vocals blended with the synthpoppy sound. From mid-80's on, she withdrew to the background to compose songs for other singers including Miki Imai, Masayuki Suzuki, and Yuki Saito. In 2017, 月姫, 夢飛行, and NIRVANA were reissued on CD.
