Sunshower is Taeko Ohnuki's second studio album and the last to be published under PANAM, on 25th July 1977. The record is one of the artist's most popular to date after the genre revival and later critical acclaim. The album combines J-pop (kayokyoku), smooth jazz and rock. The album at first had been a commercial failure, however it gained recognition overtime, becoming one of the pillars of city-pop.

Taeko Onuki is a japanese pop singer and composer. She formed the pop-based band Sugar Babe with 山下達郎 (Tatsuro Yamashita) and 村松邦男 (Kunio Muramatsu) in 1973. Her first album, "Gray Skies", was released in 1976. She also produced the soundtrack for the Japanese movie "Tokyo Biyori" and won the 21st Japanese Academy Award "Best Song Award" in 1998.
