Shinichi Osawa began making music as early as 1989 , Under the name MONDO GROSSO . He released his first album in 1989 , called Mondo Grosso. His second album titled Born Free featured artists such as Monday Michiru and Jhelisa. This was also the last time he worked with his original band members. In 1997 he released CLOSER with a troupe of various artists working on it.
