FLAME is a Japanese boy band that debuted in 2001. Its members are (leader) Izaki Yusuke and his brother Izaki Hisato, Kitamura Yuu and Noguchi Seigo. Ex member Kaneko Kyohei/金子恭平 left in 2004 to pursue a solo career. The group steadily released singles until their first album was released in late 2002 after four singles. A fifth single followed that in March 2003. After their sixth single Venus, their releases became sporadic. Nearly a year passed before their seventh single dropped, and later Kyohei departed.
