Neppari Ichiza (in English, "The Stickie Troupe") was a indie rock duo from Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan active mainly during 1983-1987, briefly reforming in 1997 and 2014. Members: Eisuke Akebono (alias of Osamu Nozawa), Sakuzo Akatsuki (alias of Keiji Fukui) True to their roots, "neppari" is an alternate reading of the word "nebari" ("sticky"), which is unique to the Hokkaido area.
