Закрытое Предприятие was formed in Novosibirsk, Russia in 1986. It remains a notable example of Russian rock and new wave music in the late Soviet era and early post-Soviet period. The initial lineup consisted of Andrei Barkov, Arkady Golovin, and Nikolai Dizendorf. During this period, the band began working on their debut album “Комендатура”. The band released two albums: “Комендатура” and “Конструкция”. They also collaborated with Yanka Dyagileva, recording three songs together in 1988-1989.
