Закрытое Предприятие was formed in Novosibirsk, Russia in 1986. It remains a notable example of Russian rock and new wave music in the late Soviet era and early post-Soviet period. The initial lineup consisted of Andrei Barkov, Arkady Golovin, and Nikolai Dizendorf. During this period, the band began working on their debut album “Комендатура”.
