I agree. It's certainly not what you expect from the specials. Although Terry Hall always was multi talented. However,... I do like the cover from Eddy Grant (although the original version of the equals is better). Luckily it has some liver covering. It's not super but better than i saw from Madness. (there new years gig was a big disappointment). The album was in my opinion no waste of money but the end result is average.

Some simalarities.. (REM and Max SKAnsas City).. and some fillers Steve Lamacq - Lost Alternatives and Disco NOT Disco. This year there is a lot what i already have (only not the colored vinyl versions). But i might get greedy and spend too much.

Congrats with your little girl. It's nice to see kids growing up. Everytime you get used by their level of communication they make a jump again. My son is 9 now. Starts to like music now. Plays himself as well (piano) and tries to improvise. (i play piano and percussion and my wife plays guitar). Soon will be able to make a family band hahaha.

Yes, i bought a box with a Justin Hind Collection. It's great. I also like the latest, Good, Bad & Queen. Damon's influence is bigger than on their last album. I also love the latest Bruut. It's a Dutch Jazz band with some breakbeat tracks and i love the track "Klets" which have a kinda Ska rhytm. And what about you?

I can see the English reaching the final as well. They perform better than Croatia. Who knows a repeat of the game against Belgian :)

Mostly a good stage to make the jump for young talent. Yes.. i did score some vinyl on RSD. Sadly not the ones i wanted (Tim Amstrong).
