Albums you should check from this year: Eleven Tigers - 'Clouds are Mountains', Actress - 'Splazsh', Lorn - 'Nothing Else', Jack Sparrow - 'Circadian', Rustie - 'Sunburst EP', Diesel - 'Rejection Session', Soul Jazz Records - 'Future Bass', Teebs - 'Ardour', Shed - 'The Traveller'. Have to say I prefer artists that push the boat out a bit, once a genre becomes popular it can become a bit predictable, definitely the case with much of dubstep!! As far as Madlib goes, there are his monthly Medicine Shows that require much attention!!

yeahh i've heard of Stardust, one-hit wonder XD. i haven't listened to the original though, i've only heard it through Daft Punk's "Alive 2007" -___-. Great track still :P. And i'm glad you're liking Burial! its uber sexy music >P.

Yeah its a genre.. Hm you can check out Le Knight Club (founded by Guy-Manuel de Homem Christo (sp?) of Daft Punk), and Thomas Bangalter's side project as well. It's pretty hard to find tbh. But good shit. Daft Punk's older stuff in '96 (mostly live sets) are considered retro French house :), and Louis la Roché as well.

Yeah I totally love them and i love the genre Post Punk Revival so thats where i gained my inspiration when coming up with a list for you, I thought Interpol, and then others. thats my main favorite Rock Genre so thats where i come from haha but yeah I listen to tons of other stuff :D

Yeah lol, when i first herad Burial (i think it was one of the first dubstep artists i've ever herad), i loved his stuff immidiately, its so atmospheric lol. Trentemoller is awsm too, but its alot more minimalistic electro. Heh so you like French electro? Then do you listen to much French retro house :3?
