Ha thanks, they really are dreadful, although they're on Gossip Girl in America which is were the fanbase has derived from I guess. As for the marvels of English music there's so much floating around at the moment I wouldn't even know what to begin to recommend. Going a bit off your taste I'd suggest some Jamie T, Zoo Kid, Johnny Foreigner, Noah & The Whale and maybe give Laura Marling a bit more of a try. Spearmint are an amazing band, but they're not particularly current.

did you enjoy coachella?

That's funny, I just moved to Seattle too. So far I love it. I didn't work for a while, so I was pretty much living off my savings. Therefore Coachella is out, which is too bad because the lineup is amazing.

Looks like you're gonna make it to Coachella this year. Sadly, I just moved and I'm too broke to go. I'm gonna shoot for Sasquatch, which is usually pretty comparable.

even if i won tix, i couldn't go 'cause i'm in school. the lineup looks AMAZING though.

haha there's no way i can make it to coachella. i wanted to see them when they were here with grizzly bear a while ago but i couldn't make it. i really like their new album too.

Yeah, going for the whole thing is the way to do it. The camping is blast and you meet a ton of really cool people in the process. The Cure was the most amazing thing we saw on Sunday. They're so good live. Did you catch Girl Talk? That may have been the best show I saw.

Yeah, Soundset was a great time last year. It's such a bargain. I think tickets are $35 this year and there is about 6 or 7 acts that I'm pretty excited to see. You must have a pretty good reason for skipping out!

Oh wow, did you come all the way out from Pennsylvania for Coachella? Nice! I didn't go to Soundset last year but I'm dying to go this year, the lineup is nuts...plus my friend has some family in Minnesota so we can just crash there for a few days.

Nahh, it was rly disappointing! Everyone last year and what not was getting into it and hella giggin' n shit, and this year no one was giggin' It was a shame.

Believe it or not, I've heard really good things about cardboard box living. I think it's all the rage these days. Hobo chic is totally the way to go. But anyway, bringing an extra tent won't be a problem. We can meet up sometime Friday and worry about setting it up after that. I kind of suck at setting up tents (don't ask me how, I know it's not difficult), so I hope your co-pilot can help you in that endaevor. I guess we're leaving sometime Tuesday night, so I'll make sure to give you some contact information prior to my departure. Oh yeah, Atmosphere was powerful good. I can say the same about P.O.S. I hope your super jealous! =)
