yeah true, and i feel like they'd also say so if it was their last tour. i can't wait for if they end up making a new album though!! but if they think they've aged out of it though i totally respect that, despite the fact that it would be disappointing. it's sort of sad how most of my favourite bands probably won't be touring much longer because they're all getting older. i'm hoping to see omd in september and if i'm not mistaken bauhaus staircase is more than likely going to be their last album :( but i really can't imagine how exhausting touring must be (especially for people in their 60s) so i really don't blame the 80s bands that are now deciding that they've had enough. they deserve a retirement too haha

right! real unfortunate that younger fans who are into older music will never get to see their favourite bands live at their prime. i for one would kill a man to see dm during their mftm tour, but it is what it is... and at least we've got concert films! if anything i'm glad i was able to see them once in my life, when so many other bands their age have stopped touring completely. best of luck scoring tix for omd :-)

SAME OH MY GOD, i would sell my soul to see them at the rose bowl in 1988!! if i ever get a time machine that's 100% where i'm going. but good point, a lot of my favourite bands aren't together anymore too, and at least i was born at a time where i still got the chance to see dm. if i was born in like 2050 or something i wouldn't have been so lucky. also thank you! i have no clue who to go with because i always feel bad asking my friends if they want to go to concerts with me, but hopefully i can figure it out and then get tickets. i definitely don't want to go alone because being downtown at night by yourself is obviously less than ideal

Dissection - The Somberlane (Rlly melodic and nice sounding), Amesoeurs - Amesoeurs (Great blend of post punk and black metal), Bathory - Under the Sign of the Black Mark (The first ever "real" black metal album). Try those out they are fantastic.
