image is nice, but i like it minimal you know? that applies to artist photos or records, i just like a basic concept and letting my mind figure out the rest. sometimes it feels like artists do a bad job at that and truly let you know what you are hearing instead of figuring it out yourself and it feels way too easy to understand. it's not as fun for me, but sometimes it all levels out in some way.

listened to it, didn't really feel anything for it. flight path sounded cool, and memory rain...vocals felt out of place though, ya i don't really feel like nitpicking this whole album but pretty much everything on planet-mu has a musk of being average to me.

i forgot i even wrote that shout, but yeah earlier this year i was really disappointed in what i was seeing rise above the surface so to speak. last year was a great year for music of our kind, everything was really starting to form and take off. i get really sick of hearing total randoms cashing in on these phases, this one being especially easy since it's completely open to everyone which is a good thing but also bad because people are mislead so easily based on image or whatever cheap sound they're using. it really bothers me that peoples tastes are corrupted based on simple business mentality. maybe it's just me but it's something i can really hear & see more than others. i like to see artists work for their music because you can really hear it as opposed to an artist who is only working more for a living.
