Oh, thanks for the follow back! I followed you because I felt inspired by YOUR playlist and music tastes haha. I feel like I could learn from your openmindedness with music, and so I’m also looking forward to growing my library like yours. Have a good day or night, wherever you are!

it is not forged at the Hexen, but directly requested from the god Themselves. simply acquire an Empty Scroll and Quill and transcribe upon it, O LORD TEACH SKINWALKING or some other esoteric knowledge and They will hear your plea

ofc there's also the option to buy the physical albums and then using a software to get the local files, but realistically not everyone can buy albums, so just getting ur music from public online repositories is still the easiest way lol. (i've been slowly building a collection of physical albums tho. they're hard to obtain where im from, even for secondhand merch. hence places like soulseek are the holy grail)

now how i listen to and scrobble the files: if i'm on desktop i specifically use foobar2000 with a lastfm scrobbler component installed. i've always preferred foobar2000 for many reasons, but also bc it's very customizable. there are many guides on how to use it if you haven't done so before :)) for mobile listening, i actually keep an old android that i converted into a device solely for listening to music, i store all my local files on there and listen to them through the foobar2000 mobile app as well. note that foobar itself (both desktop and mobile) can't scrobble files, that's why you have to install a component on the desktop program that allows you to connect to Lastfm. as for the mobile app, there currently are NO ways to scrobble with it if you're on iOS. this is the main reason why i listen on an android (bc my actual phone is an iOS lol) ---> continued

--> 3 if you're on an android you're in luck bc there's this nifty app called Panoscrobbler which CAN detect your foobar2000 and from there, you connect it to your Lastfm acc. and that's basically it! that's everything i do to listen to Malice Mizer. oh and dont worry about getting the files in .FLAC format, they're only if u want to listen to them in the best possible quality. foobar also plays mp3s lol. anyway yeah. i hope my whole long ahhh explanation doesnt come off as confusing and long-winded to you. i'd gladly answer any more questions u have ^_^
