Did last.fm get rid of recommendations? I've been looking all over for them in the last few days because I only just noticed you haven't scrobbled Heron Oblivion and I think you'd love it. Their album last year is my favorite in a decade by far. It's earthy, folky, heavy psych, with this angel of a vocalist. I only heard of them because several members of Comets On Fire—a favorite heavy psych band of mine—are involved in the project. The vocalist, Meg Baird, has performed in several mostly folk/rock bands and has her own solo act. She's beyond the beyonds and I'm so happy I've been introduced to her. My cat is staring out the window at my neighbors' chickens.

Exactly what I mean. I just started scrobbling again after many months' absence and am pretty disappointed to check folks charts and see the haven't scrobbled in 2-3 years :(

Honestly, everywhere in Southern California is LA to me. Especially if you have a car (everyone but me). It's not weird. My favorite people I've met since elementary school are either internet people or rando vagabonds on the street. I wanna try to get to Burgerama III.
