Ive never came across his albums sadly, i'm familiar with him through the fellowship though. Ill download a couple and give him a listen, do you have a rec on where I should start.? def appreciate the rec, always looking for new music to listen to.

I don't disagree with you. Larry is only as good as the producer he works with. He definitely needs a solid beat to carry his nonchalant flow, but when he hits, he hits! However, it's very rare. I think he works well with 2 Chainz, while Chainz outshines him on every track. Even so, Alchemist carries both of them throughout the album.

Damn, I haven't listened to Emancipator in awhile. Time to revisit his music! Steep Cliffs might be his best work. However, I think personally Dusk to Dawn is my fav work from him. You can tell he really steps out of his Chill/relaxing type vibes and steps it up to a more upbeat, feel-good vibe. Cold enough is a solid first album, super chill relaxing listen that's def worth checking out. he has some really good remix albums from some noteworthy artist that I think you will enjoy as well.

also if youre on a emancipator kick. def check out Dirty Art Club. I think you might enjoy his music as well.

I've finally had the chance to listen to these projects twice, and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed both of them! The Mount Kimbie album took a second listen to grow on me, though. At first, I was confused by each song, thinking, "What's going on here?" The quirky and unconventional sounds they used didn't quite resonate with me initially. But about a minute into each track, something clicked, and I found myself nodding my head to them. The buildups were truly fantastic, really great stuff! As for Mid Air Thief, man what a talent this person is! not gonna lie the Folktronica tag threw me off for sure. All i could think of was "controlled chaos". it's all over the place, but somehow still makes perfect sense. Each song is expertly crafted. It reminded me a lot of Mouse on The keys. Good stuff man, great recommendations.

I really wish that they would have come up with a name. I hate when more than 2 artist just use their names. It's quite annoying, especially for my scrobbles lol. I have listened to the album a few times. I think Madlib outshines Muggs slightly (I may be a little biased), but Meyhems voice is perfect over Muggs beats. I need to listen to it a couple more times but I think Sunday Driving is my fav so far. I love wild Salmon though, makes me laugh every time I hear it. "I told alchemist to put his shirt on, He's too pale" lol

that's a weird list of artist. Ill have to follow and see what youre listening too. can always use new music recs. That new Yachty is something else!

Oh I freaking love it, obviously it's really convenient for my current lifestyle. I used to really love doing things the old way throw downloads/buying individual albums. But if I can hoard all the music I like into one little spot on my phone, fuck yeah. Also, I don't mind getting lost in spotify voids. I can't say I never found some cool shit.

man i havent had to look for a bootleg OS in forever. I honestly have no idea where to start lol

so slow in the beginning, but really has been picking up as you go through the story. I love the fact that you can just wander around and do random side missions, and they have all been pretty crazy. The hunting aspect of the game is fantastic as well. Def gonna be one of those games that I dump a lot of hours into.
