You really haven't missed much, we've only recently been put on the map and started getting acts that aren't Linkin Park, Hinder, or some other bullshit. I've never actually been to the Diamond Ballroom myself. The Flaming Lips play at the Ford Center every New Years, so you have to try to check that out sometime. The Conservatory is a small local place, they mostly have shitty hardcore bands, but sometimes a good act comes along (Like AJJ). But checking last.fm is probably the best way to find out about shows.

Strangely enough, I've only seen commercials for it on Adult Swim. I'm glad I caught them though, and glad I could help some others out too.
