É, há uma certa tendência à mesmice nesse meio "metal core-death-progressive-alternative"... Há algumas bandas que sequer se deixam definir, mas sonoricamente parecem não cumprir o que prometem. Eu gosto de duas bandas em particular, que transitam por todos esses gêneros, talvez, mesclando o tradicional ao "novo": Gojira e Despised Icon. Eu toco baixo nas duas bandas, entretanto, a maioria das músicas e letras de ambas são compostas por mim mesmo, e pra isso eu uso a guitarra! Valeu, cara!

Veil of Maya e Born Of Osiris são muito fodas! Curto muito também. O segundo disco do Born não é tão bom quanto o primeiro, mas ainda assim é bom.

Adicionei ambas. Valeu! Encontrei alguém que curte Xerath... muito bom!
