have you ever listened to this good band called korn

miss u

Nah, moved out to Brooklyn after college. You on twitter?

Sup dude

sup dood

haha, do you only like 3 of his tracks? It only shows you scrobbled 4 basically, did you skim the rest? on his facebook he posts all negative reviews, they're pretty funny; tons of popular sources poop on it hard. One review was simply "unlistenable", it makes me wonder what my friends would think if I played it in my car. For some reason Winning is Easy is my fav track, then Hand of Action. Hopefully he does get some success, or at least put out another free album.

Oh! I didn't think people check it. Not even my IRL friends or GF do =/ Luckily my brother and a lot of e-friends do, so it gives me a bit of inspiration to keep wasting 5 minutes of my life posting stuff. Did you like the new Bibio? Besides "Take Off Your Shirt", lol. You might like Stateless I posted. Can't really explain why I like it or the singing, then again I can't explain why people enjoy James Blake either.

Haha, what music?!

If you like GIAA, I think it's their best...then again, I thought the 65days new album was their best =/ they started off as a pretty dancey/rock/static vibe, then for a while they got *kind of* post-rock. I think the newest album is closer to their olddd roots. I never considered them post-rock or anything like everyone thinks tags them as. I always thought they were electronic dance music, with a lot of cool static and post-rock influences...Thats why they're always making those remix/dance EPs. So yeah, I like it. Haha I just saw your comment on Cayurs album art. I think it's pretty c00l. Musics pretty good for one college kid. Has huge potential

Haha, her charts reminded me of PASTE actually, too. I wasnt sure whether you were sincerely asking her, or setting up some sort of joke/insult. How come you havent scrobbled much new music in a month? The new 65days album? God is an Astronaut? And how'd you like the new Worlds End Girlfriend live material? Rumor has it new cd in a couple months...It feels like Hurtbreak just came out last year.

I watch until I get bored :/ Hmmm.....I have a deep love for black people, as Dan knows...so another fail. That's it! You just 'caused me to crop Dan's Myspace profile pic onto the naked Cris Crocker pic he sent me.

Never heard of it actually. Step up your troll game or I'm going to do something really horrible to Dan. (yeah that's right Dan, I'm holding you responsible for your friends trolls)

Nope.

Ah, yes, now I remember why I loved GYBE. Btw, troll my friend Megandroid, she's in my shoutbox; troll hers. Just cuz.

I just checked the Indie Kids MS group, first time in 4 years or whatever. Man, so it's pretty much dead, huh? I saw so many of the same people...Some even had the same default pix, like that kid Mike that made "noise" music. Of course Dali and Velvet Kicks or whatever I saw, that's not much of a shocker. It's hard for me to remember much, like if people actually discussed and shared music. I remember I was the 1st to show a video of WEG, and most every one shit on it except for some kid with curly hair, and some other post-rock lovin' guys...I forget. Sure enough, now most of them probably enjoy it. That's the way the group always was; troll now, listen to the actual music later and not like it until it's cool to like it. Was damn fun trollin' the trolls, though.

sick nasty bruh

DUDE YOU HAVE NEW GORLOCK?!?!?!?!? WHERE DID YOU FIND IT

why thank you sir, you have a good assortment of hefty artists yourself there.....

I love how it compares itself to Road Warrior and Terminator.

I haven't see it yet, either, but it looks amazing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWvAtqhuiI4

high five for heresy, also did Surf Nazis Must Die take their name from that b-movie, or vice versa?

Radio Protector is such an amazing song.

lol Misfits lol

I don't know what you're talking about, haha

SPOILER ALERT: that is a jesu song

did you hear about the scientists recording my love for you, baby angel?

lately ive been trying to make music without having any album or song in mind but concepts and ideas. ive been toying with the idea of natural rhythm- the idea that everything has rhythm-breathing, ponds, the wind, etc- but the time signatures are so erratic that its not immediately audible. i'm trying to recreate that with unnatural things- clicky beats and whatnot. so far its more frustrating than anything, but hopefully i'll feel really good about the project when im done.

the very first stuff i ever did was pretty much just me trying to recreate matthew coopers "an accidental memory in the case of death", i have to admit. and it SUCKED

thank you. nice taste too, mate. ;)

i only have EP1, but I'd be more than happy to upload that for you if you dont have it. i was looking for that split earlier but to no avail, myself

lets live in a land where all the music is broadcast in Mono; God is an astronaut, and there are explosions in the sky. You know, the place with all those mogwais running around.
