Slayer, the masters of underground metal, are returning to thrash Verizon Theatre once again, and this time, they have help from some very special friends (btw, if you have not downloaded "Implode" by Slayer, DO SO NOW, IT KILLS!!!). Exodus, the band of Slayer's new guitarist Gary Holt, is one of the starting bands, and Exodus has been bringing hell to thrash, and giving Slayer a run for their money, ever since 1985's classic "Bonded by Blood." Over the last decade, they have recorded some killer new material as well. Finally, there are the Suicidal Tendencies, a band that started out as a Los Angeles hardcore band and became friends with the guys in Slayer early on. They moved onto crossover in the mid-80s and have been bringing it ever since. People who have seen this lineup perform up north have been saying that it destroys--I don't doubt it, given how long all of these guys go back and how kickass each band is.
