I am in Europe for 5 months! 4 of those months are spent studying in prague. So this is exciting for me. I'm from sydney actually. :) How's things canada-side?

it's like a stripped down acoustic set of hillsong songs. I really like it! http://live.hillsong.com/albums/chapel-yahweh also, that's quite a nice photo you have there!

Yea I do that myself. Play it on Mac in work, laptop at home and CD in car then one day get up and I'm sick of it until a few months. Most of my mates love my library until they hit a few...shall we say different artists. You'll have to let me know if you still like it after you hear the Gregorian stuff or Ludovico Einaudi! :) But there should be plenty of indie stuff there for you. There's a good few people I don't know on yours, I'll have to give your radio a go sometime. Take it easy.

well actually, he was very much in control of the situation from what i read. He even used his left hand (weaker hand) because his dad taught him to do that if he ever needed to fight someone. The bully was pushing him around first might i add. And yes the moulin rouge soundtrack is a cracker! did you listen to jon foreman? You HAVE to! I've been listening to him heaps actually.

Hi angela! I was just wasting time on the internet and found this very interesting story about this korean kid in Keswick, your country who punched a racist slurring bully in the nose and now may be facing charges! That's whack! Heard of it?

i highly recommend Jon Foreman's album Limbs and Branches. He's the singer from Switchfoot. Soothing music for the soul. :)

ah that's cool. Not a big fan of youth group myself. It'll be kind of hard for me to recommend you aussie music in terms of you actually getting your hands on it. You could try Decoder Ring (they are instrumental and supported coldplay), which is australia's answer to Mogwai. What kind of recommendations are you looking for? So you'll come to aussie in june/july?

Yes he is a very talented little korean boy. You sure he's not your relative? That would be siiiiick. Just found him randomly on youtube is all. (: Too bad you;re in canada... i could lend you some gyroscope otherwise. Hehe. Try and get a hold of the song '22 of 3'. Brilliantttttt. What are you into atm?

umm recently...bought Gyroscope (aussie rock band. very good) and Elliott (now defunct, but very very good alternative band). Gotta buy howling bells and school for seven bells soon though. :) I actually just broke my no downloading year just then...but simply because it is an independent artist on youtube who doesn't sell anything...that doesn't count right? a 12 year old korean guitar virtuoso called sungha jung. Look him up on youtube! Very very good.

hey there! yeah i love IV!! are you part of IV wherever you are? as for music, going back to older artists or albums is always a great way to find material that is often seconded to flashier/newer stuff out of novelty's/ignorance's sake. matt redman, vineyard, passion, tim hughes, etc. have earlier work that is fantastic. your prof says your'e from canada, do you know starfield? (they're canadian). some of their material (esp. the 1st album's tracks) are really congregation-friendly --> 'filled w/ your glory,' 'son of God,' or 'cry in my heart' come to mind. that's all i can think of for now (it's kinda late and i'm a bit tired sorry). take care! -greg
