I had to choose between Portugal and MTB, and it was just my second time seeing Portugal, so that's the direction I went... but seeing "Highly Refined Pirates" would've been awesome. A flashback to first seeing them. Since you're such a Bon Iver fan, perhaps you could give me some feedback on my recent record. Have you caught MTB's anniversary tour this fall? I missed it, but got to see Portugal again a month ago. And thank you, "Gloaming Hour Studios" is the name of my photography studio.

Hi neighbour, you have fantastic taste. Yeasayer's "2080" is the bass riff I use to warm up the fingers. :) ... and the new Portugal is fantastic. One of my favourite live bands... ever... right behind MTB.

I plan on going to both the Chicago and Indianapolis shows later next month and I simply cannot wait. It's been too long since I've seen them. And yeah, the new album definitely isn't for everyone and I wouldn't mind not hearing a lot of new stuff at the shows I go to. What do you think of the new Portugal album by the way? I can't stop listening to it.
