At first I confused the writer for the writer of the The Witcher, which I still need to read too. I do remember seeing the books of that writer in major bookstores here. Haven't read it yet because I have so many still on the pile to read.

Its about a thief & swindler named Lock Lamora and his gang who live in a Venice like medieval city, they life under the rule of a kingpin who controls the city's underworld and they have to pay him tribute an don't violate any of his laws, in reality Locke cheats on him behind his back. Where it all starts of is when a new player arrives in town named "The Grey King" who starts killing off this kingpin's tax collectors, Locke and his gang get caught up in the middle of this conflict.

Insomnium mi je baš vrh šta se melodeatha tiče, nakon šta su In Flames (odavno) i Dark Tranquillity (sa zadnjim albumom) izgubili inspiraciju i pretvorili se u vlastite parodije. Me too, I love his art. I was lucky enough to see one of his stained glass work at a cathedral in the Czech Republic, which is pretty cool considering I'm from America and we don't have cool art like that.
