Time has been flying for sure. I feel like the older I get, time seems to be going faster.

No one seems to agree with me on this, but I found Middle School to be the best. I've never really been able to adjust to High School, considering how I had a rocky start.

Nope, I live just outside of San Francisco. Earlier this week though, I went to LA to look at some schools. UCLA's amazing :D

Yeah it's awesome, L.A. is like no other. I just need to head out to New York haha.

I'm a west coast person, but my moms side of the family is from Chicago so I go there once a year or so. I love the mountains out here, something i wish the midwest had more of.

Seems pretty awesome. The skyline sort of reminds me of a smaller version of Chicago, but maybe because it has that midwestern look.

Walden Books was typically in malls. So hows Minneapolis? From looking at skyline pictures, I never realized it was such a large city

It was the greatest, same with Walden Books. Barnes and Noble I think is a little weak on providing a wide variety of content. I think the main reason to why Borders shut down wasn't solely based on people switching to digital, its because they established too large of a chain similar to Best Buy. I go to my Borders and its jam packed with customers and you wonder, how are they losing money? Then I go visit any other Borders in an area that isn't really desirable and the store is pretty depressing. They're keeping the stores that aren't profitable.

Amazon's the king. I still miss Borders D:

Lucky lucky. Even by San Francisco, I don't think I'll find them. Maybe i'm not looking hard enough. Amazon is currently the place for me though, unfortunately. I would way rather buy retail as long as I can find what i'm looking for with an appropriate price.

oh, thanx for the compliment :) Japanese rock music is really great, a lot of bands which have very individual styles. I strongly recommend X Japan <3 <-- fangirls^^ have to check on your bands, a lot of them are new to me

Yeah I hadn't heard Fade before, sounds really good! =DD The only other english-speaking japanese bands I can think of are Monoral and Ellegarden, and while ellegarden reminds me of a faster blink-182, fade reminds me a little bit of... matchbox 20? (Just going from the samples - I'll try their radio out soon)
