yeah DIMED OUT is great, I've listened to the leak and I think its gonna take me a while to get my head around it as a whole, they're doing a lot of different stuff on it. "Mr E Mann", "I Lost My Mind" and "Lonely Boy" are pretty classic TA songs though. Still deciding if I'm ready to compare it to The Based Monitor haha

Lucky you for being so close, two of my friends were right at the front too, but i was stuck a few rows back from the front - still got a good view though! :) I've actually listened to Bedouin Sea and was a little disappointed that I didn't get to see them actually, but haven't heard anything from 44th Sunset. I was planning on going, but my festival buddy pulled out so don't have accommodation and don't really want to go by myself. Was looking forward to seeing The Kooks and Last Dinosaurs the most, but I could always see them at their sideshow. Gosh yeah, 2nd year uni is a hella lot more stressful than 1st year already! I saw that gig actually, but the only band i like from that is Bedouin Sea. Haha, cheers :) Have you heard much of Morgain Bain? I'm really digging his stuff at the moment.

Loved Australia and may be going back in 2013. I have some great memories and was only there for two weeks. Did the usual tourist stuff down the beach, Australia Zoo and a couple of days at the Gold Coast. Where in the UK are you thinking of visiting? Yeah, I've been on a massive musical journey with the last.fm radio. I'm fortunate to be able to listen to the radio at work so I discover new artists almost every day.

I've discovered at least 3,500 new artists just by using the last.fm radio over the last 18 months or so. I was in Australia in January and loved it. Stayed with a friend in Brisbane and had such a great time. Greetings from a very cold and wintery North East England!
