I only went through the first six pages of your top artists but I guess considering the bands you listen to I would recommend the album Brotherhood of the bomb by Techno Animal, London zoo, Angel and Devils and Fire by the Bug as well as Fantastic planet by Failure. In more recent artist you might also Nappy Nina's latest album or Park Hye Jin.

Hey man, just stopping by to give you some long overdue props. Added you agesss ago and always know I'm on to a good thing when I'm checking out some hardcore bands and can see you've racked up some plays already. Cheers!

What's good for 2020, are you anticipating any releases this year? Stoked at potentially new Converge dropping and expecting Gulch to release something on their new label soon. Would love a new Full of Hell drop this year but will wait and see how Dylan's Sightless Pit project turns out.

Solid recommendations, thanks man. Rain of Salvation are sick, the opener for AWOaW EP is serious, great stuff.

I have seen you on this site for years and have never stopped by to say hello. Great eclectic taste. I haven't listened to Step Into the Arena in years. I used to have the tape in my car and actually wore it out.

That's really nice to hear, i can only say hi back sir but thank you and hope my page got you into some stuff or reminded me about good stuff. I actually only got into Gang Starr very recently. Loved the song Ex girl to the next girl but didn't like other songs. Then, I started listening back this year and immediately loved everything so got two albums on vinyl last week and I'm sure I will be listening to this for ages.

I love checking your listens! Always something interesting. :) I'm intrigued by Makaya McCraven. I'll have to give that a try. Also intrigued by Vein. Not common to see doom metal and math metal tagged together. Anything you've discovered recently you wanna give a shout out to?

I really like LLNN and Pijn at the moment. I also can't believe how good jpeg mafia's and the latest Earl Sweatshirt albums are. Makaya McCraven's latest is definitely worth checking out for some great Coltrane (both John and Alice) inspired jazz. Vein is definitely on the math metal side of things but Doom definitely does not describe them. However, if you want something that can be described with more genres, try Slugdge. https://slugdge.bandcamp.com/album/esoteric-malacology

I'm enjoying Malibu Ken quite a bit. Definitely just him and Tobacco having some fun on the side, but it's solid and there are a few outstanding songs on it.

Definitely give it a couple more spins. It grows on me each time. I, on the other hand, am a pretty big fan of Tobacco's production style. It helps that I was into his solo work // BMSR years ago. But to each their own. Keep in touch if you've got any good recs. We seem to have alarmingly similar tastes in certain areas.

Of course it is, but having an eclectic taste about that much is always nice. Seeing Madvillain and Cloud Rat togheter is really nice. And love your overall albums (Donuts, Funcrusher and FanDam are some of my fav rap records even if it doesn't seem from my new last, and seeing Float near Discordance Axis made my eyes go <3 <3)

Yeah, Flot and the Inalienable dreamless are the albums i probably listened to the most before 2014. I've listened to them less since but they are still some of my favourite albums. That's the advantage of having a last.fm account for more than ten years. If you like Dilla and El-P you should check out people like Dibiase, Ras G or dalek if you've never listened to them before.

I saw that you listen to a lot of stuff and much of these I listen to them too. In black metal I would recommend you at first Drastus:it is really insane and dark. For hip hop I would have recommend to you Ratking but I think you know them already. In punk if you don't know DS-13:it's a punk band from Umea in Sweden but it doesn't sound like Umea hardcore. In electronic music it's a guy which name was familiar to me since long time but I listened to him only recently : Speedy J, maybe you know him and I like his recent work too.

Sorry for the late response, I was intrigued by the gig but life happened haha - Nikolai posted a clip of them playing a new track which sounded awesome! I was lucky enough to see Beak> tonight though :) I intend to go to the Caina/Crowhurst show at the Unicorn and you can be bored by my band again in October for the last Grappler show ;) An intriguing band, Calligram, have been asked to play.. Not totally into it but has some pretty sweet moments from what I've heard of theirs. Much going on musically for you?

Hey! I'm doing great, thanks! How are you? I thought Celeste were fantastic - good choice of supports too, although I was disappointed that Art of Burning Water were given such an early/short slot! I saw Celeste at Temples in May and they were just as good then too. I'm still not sure what I think of the whole headlight thing though, haha. What did you think of the show?

Thank you, Mechagodzilla is one of my favorite characters. :-) You should totally see Lightning Bolt when you get the chance. Converge are are really good - I saw them a while back when they came around with At The Gates, Pallbearer, and Vallenfyre, that was awesome. On Friday, I saw Modern Life Is War with Dangers, Culture Abuse, and Cult Leader. It was an amazing show. I highly recommend MLIW since you're into hardcore punk and similar genres.

I've seen Monarch at Roadburn, but having seen the video from Temples of their set.. Kind of feel dumb for passing on them this time. Nails were really good too, as were Caina and Celeste. Next show I'm interested in is the one with Hessian, Palehorse and Old Skin.. Not heard Hessian and I love the other 2.

Fair enough, can't please everyone haha. Listening to Nekkral now, about 5 minutes in and digging it thus far. Temples was so good, my personal highlight was Portal and probably Meth Drinker.. Never heard MD before and was well into it. Sonance were brilliant too, but I'm biased.

Hey, we talked briefly a while back and I remembered you said a project you're in (Nekral) would be releasing your debut this year - how's that going? My band released our debut album recently https://humanfuture.bandcamp.com/ hopefully you dig it! By any chance are you going to Temples Festival this year?
