nice set of tunes there, neighbour :)

Thanks for adding =)

ty i know i wanted something with a little bling and i thought 'pat!' of course those earrings, can't beat it really.

Haha, I'd be willing to take that risk =D

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind when I am finally someday able to get there. I hope you'll have fun. :)

It's impossible to find decent music from stores here. Or ok, not totally impossible but difficult. And yes, we missed Muse and it was the first gig of their tour if I remember right. The tickets were gone in like a minute and none of us really had the money. I've been planning how to get myself to Leeds or Reading to see The Libertines but I guess it won't happen. Damn this cruel world =(

It's a shame I don't actually own the special edition of JFPL because I haven't seen it anywhere. Yeah, go Finland. And I'm really looking forward to that Muse gig, we missed the last time they played here. But c'mon you're going to Leeds, how unfair is that? :o

Do I love your music taste and "about me" -box or what? I seriosly do.

We changed time here too. It sucks, seriously, I don't want to get up that early. :) And the thing Jarvis did on the stage while MJ performed, made he laugh out loud. :'D

Yeah, the album's flawless. :D I don't dig Jarvis' current look though. Get rid of that beard, man!

Lately, I'm SO addicted to "Different class", it's a fantastic album. "Bar Italia" might be my favourite. <3 "I am even more obsessed with his dancing" God, I love the campy moves he makes with his endless legs and arms, haha. :D

Sometimes I could stare at that picture for hours. :)

yes Syd and Richey has in common, they were difficult to predict,Richey disappeared but I still think he wasn't dead, who knows where he has gone? and Syd Barrett "disappeared" like Syd said "I’m disappearing, avoiding most things"

yes currently i obsessed with syd barrett, btw we are manic street preachers lovers <3

heya :) i think you have a well good taste in music :) maybe some bands on my profile will interest you like this is seb clarke and the novellos :) it would nice if you let meknow what you think :) xxx

The last.fm folk sure do talk the toot with you Emily

Hey! Yes I do, Haha. You have great taste ;D

We don't have chavs, but we have a lot of people similar to chavs. Really annoying.

I know. I hate where I live.

I live in the South, a really unlikely place for a lot of the bands I like to play. Probably because no one really likes the same music I like here. :(

I feel the exact same way, except a lot the bands I like avoid my part of America.

I know. A lot of people first notice that I'm 14 years old. Not many people my age (in America, at least) have heard of, let alone appreciate the music I listen to.

s00per

The Glamour Twins are quite gorgeous. :)

Goodbye Billie Joe and Hello Mr. Bowie? That's an amazing change. :) I just don't buy their image. You could see them as the more interesting Nickelback but really, that isn't very hard to achieve. ;) I could kick a plushy bunny and a little kid when the music press writes crap like "Green Day: Rock legends!" and stuff. But Blink-182 are SO much worse, I can't listen to their stuff without tearing my hair out.

"Bag lady" was a prose too? I'd love to read it. Green Day are trying so hard to look controversial and rebellious when they make in fact castrated pop punk charts music for rebellious teen boys and teen girls. Perfect radio rock but nothing that could hold my attention for more than two days. I don't hate them but I hate the hype around them when more exciting artists will never ever be known to a broad audience.

The unedited version of "Bag lady" would have been great. Also, why the hell didn't they release the rest of Richey's lyrics? I don't think they're ever gonna use them anyway... :( Why deprive such amazing work of the world? So, I guess you don't like Green Day much. :D You know the Grammys aren't worth a penny if bands and "arists" like GD and Lady GaGa win them.

Nicky said Richey left a folder with 30 lyrics or so - and 4 or 5 of them were used for "Everything must go" and 14 for "Journal for plague lovers" and you do the maths. :D I wish they would have released the residual lyrics in the Deluxe Edition of JFPL. :| Oh, yes, agreed, he was a special person... :)

Too obvious? Yeah. Though I like "My little empire, I'm tired of being tired. My little empire, I'm sick of being sick." I mean they're obvious too but these lines fit the situation perfectly sometimes. I wish the guys would do something with the remaining lyrics from Richey; he was so gifted. Yeah, I change my ava almost daily, can't help it. x)

Yeah, I think I know what you mean. I think something essential is missing; it's a joke that it is their most successful album to date while "The holy bible" was a commercial disaster. No, it's not a joke, it makes me rather sad. "My little empire" is great to listen to when you're plaintive and tired. But the lyrics suck. I mean, Nicky wrote them! xD

Well, at least you two have something to talk about. The times when my dad and I had conversations belong already to the past. ;) But it's okay. So I guess you aren't a big fan of "This is my truth tell me yours"? I think it sounds partly bland, lifeless. Pretty but high gloss polished and too soft. "My little empire", "Tsunami", "Nobody loved you" and "Ready for drowning" are great tunes though.

My some friends of mine are kind of crazy about Billy Talent, Timbaland, The Black Eyed Peas, etc. No-one even wants to know about all the glorious bands from the past, the greater part of the people I know label bands from the 90's as "oldie music" or something... And amazing that you can talk about Bowie with your dad! My mum detests almost every single band I love (especially The Cure and Robert Smith) but she think Tori Amos is "okay". :)

I fancy the young Robert Smith, don't worry. The old Robert is, well old. :D My sister doesn't care about such things either but she walked in when I was watching a MSP video and yeah... She doesn't care for music in general. I barely know people who love music as I do in real life, that sucks. Because I could talk endless hours about all the bands and artists I like.

Robert's voice is so odd and so lovely. I couldn't really stand him, his way of singing and his freaky attitude years ago but now I kind of fancy him. :D He has written some timeless pop tunes and I wish the next The Cure release would contain some more of them. "A night like this" and "Friday I'm in love" for example are perfect and beautiful pop music. "Disintegration" though will stay forever my favourite The Cure album beside "Pornography". The guys look a-mazing in "From despair to where", especially Richey! My sister said he looks pretty but too girlish, haha.

How could you move on with your life when you don't even know what happened to your beloved one? It must a tough time for Richey's family for sure.Ans fuckin' YES to James in the "Little baby nothing" video, jaw-dropping hot. :D Richey looked utterly cute and innocent during the GT era but I definitely prefer his look in the GATS era. More manly, more mature but still good looking. :) And I see you're listening to the latest Cure album. Do you like it? I wish Ribert would return to his "classic" sound but yeah, I know, a band must evolve, etc.

Well, it seems like he's trying to suffocate himself. Anyway, I could stare at him for hours, to be honest. The things that disturbs me the most is that no-one will ever really know what happened 15 years ago and how hard must it be for his family and the bandmembers? And well, it's Nicky! :D He has "knowlede" tattooed around his arm (?). Random: I absolutely love Nicky in the early GT era, I mean, the man was ridiculously pretty. :)

I used to listen to all kinds of crap, I can't believe how I survived that time period. Yeah, it's Richey, hiding his pretty face in a plastic bag. =) So tragic that he's gone. My favourites must be "Journal for plague lovers", "The holy bible", "Gold against the soul" and maybe even "Send away the tigers"? "Know your enemy" is the only one I never got into, though I actually like two, three songs on it.

We all have guilty pleasures. =D I love "What if" by Kate Winslet since I heard it on TV. Your favourite MSP album?

MSP and Bowie? Great. =)

Welcome to the [group]Spotify[/group] group! :)

It ate itself!? Why would it do that! Who'd want to eat your dissagreeable music taste. I KEED I KEED :)
