The fresh album by KeepSleep (China) includes four tunes. Each one of them is named after a thing which was recorded with a 3D microphone. During the recording, these things were being moved, which allowed creating the fully immersive effect.
This work is a completely new genre which includes the aesthetics of the light ambient sound and ASMR kinesthetic triggers. You will hear fingers drumming on wooden surfaces, touching kid’s toys, bead necklaces and jewelry, tapping on a computer keyboard and various noises recorded under water. All this was complemented by simple stretching electronic sounds and effects — timeline, loop record and reverberation.
This album "MysticalExperimentation" is different from KeepSleep’s other works not only by the composition of elements used in it but also by its minimalist and industrial experimental sound.
