The band formed in 2011 as a progressive output for local musicians Charlie Morrison and Matt Wilson, who enlisted the help of Dan Hotten to create the original line-up.
As time passed the sound of the band evolved and developed into the current sound of today and bass player Matt Branigan was enlisted to complete the line-up ready for live performances.
The band spent 2012 developing their written music and live performance, performing with the likes of Moonlit Sailor and Zechs Marquise before readying themselves to enter the studio to record their debut EP in 2013.
The first EP ‘Exodus’ was released at the end of the year, combining tracks written at the beginning of the bands progress, Hit the Floor, Your Shadow and Somebody, Nobody with later tracks, Exodus and Spam. The EP tackles many different issues, including the question of secular religion and murder.
2014 brings the next step in the bands development with the recording and release of the follow up concept EP ‘The Void’, which tells the story of a coma patient, his mental journey and the effect of the coma on the outside world.
The band also plan to continue playing live shows, advancing their live performance whilst also evolving the band’s sound. Plans for the band’s third record are also developing, which promises a more developed indie style.
