Haha yes! They were massive in Sweden when I grew up. Most of their stuff is pretty bland 80s MOR pop but maybe they had some more interesting tracks in the early days. What was the song called?

Actually a bit later I googled something in the plugin's log and found a thread on the forum that gave the following temporary solution: change you're password, but don't change it. Write your old password in all three boxes. It worked for me at the time, but they say it only works for 5 or 6 hours. It might help you when next you have scrobbling submission trouble with your current software.
