Easy, when your mom takes your computer away, you need to check your emails from your French lover, but you can't do it at home. So, you do it at school. Then you see the notifications that rhcp_foo had written a message in your shoutbox! (OMGOMGOMGOMG) so you check last.fm and see that it works o the school computers. Obviously, you would sit towards the back of the media center, so mean mr. barrett doesnt doesn't stalk your computr screen :D
