Hey, don't know if you found anything or not, but if you didn't heres a Mediafire link to the extra glenns album 'Martial Arts Weekend'

tMG and KK are releasing an EP together, likely at the beginning of the tour. information about that, along with a download of the song you noticed me relentlessly playing can be found here: http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/download/145282-premiere-the-mountain-goats-and-kaki-king-thank-you-mario-but-our-princess-is-in-another-castle-mp3-stream

Are you from the Mississippi Gulf Coast area? I just moved up to LSU after I graduated out of Ocean Springs. From your charts I'm guessing you're going to see Kaki King and the Mountain Goats?

Only show I've seen at the Varsity. Lions I saw in a VFW hall back home in Ocean Springs, Riverboat Gamblers were awesome except that I was in the first row and one of the guitar amps was killing my ears.

How bout them Toadies last night?

It's so brilliant and hilarious and I think if I didn't love TMG before that...I certainly did after. Have you heard "Going to the Merch table"?

Hahaha, I see you're listening to all of The Mountain Goat's Going to... songs. Why didn't I think of that?

say girl, have you heard of love as laughter? they have some good rock tracks, some sonic youth semi/ripoff songs (not in a bad way) and some generally steller indie rock songs. good acoustic stuff too. get the cd sea to shining sea good tracks include'temptation island french heroib and sam jayne = dead unfortunately, their song dirty lives was featured on the o.c. soundtrack, but its

lee scratch perry is a classic too. he's old/dead

are you a reggae fan? if so, you should check out chris murray. i saw him in new orleans a few months back, and he was amazing. he did a cd with the slackers called slackness, its his songs with the slackers backing him.

does your page show the total number of tracks played? mine stopped doing that

Hey, maybe you'd like to listen to our free remix of britpop band Foals ! http://www.last.fm/music/Foals/_/Electric+Bloom%28Colonial+mix%29 Take care, Colone

i went ahead and downloaded pink rainbow and rock dream by boris once i got my comp back and got ur shoutbox message. they blow my mind, its like thrash punk with electric wizard/eyehategod stoner/doom/sludge metal. imma check out.Akuma No Uta, thats a boris album i assume? i was especaily imtrigued how they change styles so drasticaly from album to album, song to song.

lol i definitely didnt post those last 2 comments, thinking someone figured out my password but whatever, whoever it was wasn't a dick at least. anyway, i'm a big fan of neutral milk hotel, and last.fm said the mountain goats were recommended to fans of neutral milk hotel. are tjey kinda weird almost morbid folky kinda stuff?

yea you right, boris is definitely the band for me. i have no idea what theyre saying, but who cares

unfortunately I didn't catch any of those shows... by the way I saw your request for the Extra Glenns... I've got Martial Arts Weekend if you're interested.
