I think they're one of the few consistently brilliant bands of the 60s. I love the chime of Rickenbackers, so I adore the early stuff. I love the idea of using a Rickenbacker to play sitar sounds, so I love the psychedelic stuff, and I love David Crosby, so I like the middle stuff. The country is like marmite - as all country is. Luckily, I love that stuff. Anything after '68 is shit though.

i would love to go but there's festivals, holidays, trips and everything and more that have to be paid for next month, it's all a bit much! i wasn't sarcastic at all, merely an observation. my friend at uni collects records, plays them at our parties, it's fun but i still can't get my head around knowing where tracks are. its cool though. i'm too digital, my itunes could fill 3 ipods!
