And my english is pretty much rubbish right now, im just using the same words all the time and its getting worse and worse as it fades away from my useless brain! seriously, kind of stressing me out these days. :-0 Hows your korean going?

Luke don't you remember me? I'm Yaejin's friend and we met once in one of those IGS meetings... Didn't know you were still in Seoul! I was quite surprised to find you on last.fm by chance :)

keep the relationship spicy hahahahhahahahaha. As you can tell, I've sort of abandoned my last.fm! Haven't really used it frequently in about a year. BUT I've decided to change everything. I'm going to become crazy active on last.fm again because I'm in an awful music rut and haven't found any really substantial band in quite a while! I hope you're still teaching the kiddies proper grammar! BRAIDS is amazing... I saw them 3 times! I always feel so calm and stress-free afterward. going to a BRAIDS show is like doing meditation or yoga... such a calming effect hahaha. Anyway, I thought I should let you know that today I sat down and organized and resorted my music files (including purging thousands of songs into the trash can) and it took me 6 hours and I'm still not done..... gotta finish up tomorrow!

But I'm not sure if i'll be revising haha. anyway i haven't got the tickets even. have you?

hahaha k i see i see 알았어요! 너 영국사람 맞아요.(hope u can read as well? lolz) ha yes i've been listening to toro's latest but not causers of this, but somehow i don't get along with the tunes, it's pretty chilled out but still. maybe the album cover puts me off? but i'll def give a go on causers of this. btw are you going to toro y moi? i was well amazed at the fact he's coming as there's not so many gigs around here, even if there is, it has been all about billboard shite and whatsoever.. not so interesting for me. i reckon there's some new event promoter from last year when i was in london? since i could see some awesome artists like fourtet and caribou in seoul on event page. hell yeah people needs to expand their taste here! woop woop!

Thailand sounds fun! Next summer I'm thinking of traveling to Tailand and Vietnam with my friend who can speak Vietnamese. Then maybe Singapore since I have relatives there. The main thing that terrifies me about teaching abroad for 1+ years is the culture shock and not being able to speak the language but you seem to be getting along so well!! But I guess it is a little easier when you are white so Korean people automatically assume you do not speak Korean. The same can't be said for me since I'm sure if I visit any Asian country people will try to talk to me :( WHY ISN'T CHINA ON YOUR LIST OF ASIAN PLACES TO VISIT?! You should visit Shanghai if you like exquisite cities! It reminded me very much of New York and Las Vegas and there are so many young adults living there. hahahahahah I can't believe they have people who don't know jack shit about English teaching the language! How did they even get that job then?!?!

HI LUKE!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it's funny and cute that you're listening to Das Racist :P And James Blake (though whenever anyone mentions him I think of the tennis player)!!!! Good choices, i'd expect nothing less. Gold Panda's latest album is also a recent favorite of mine! Have you been to any shows in Korea or been listening to Korean music at all?! K-POP!?!?! So is this teaching job mathingy a legit job where you get paid?! Or is it more of like a study abroad type thing sponsored by your school? I can't believe you can write in Korean now; I think you're more asian than I am :( Don't lose all that pitch-perfect grammar of yours and start talking like a FOB now, ya hear?!? Oh how I wish I was a little Korean girl learning British English from you! I'd work on my accent extra hard! I like how you said that Gordon Ramsey "rinses" people because nobody says that in America and it made me giggle :3 Aren't you lucky to be fawned and doted on just because you speak a certain way?!?! ;D

our music compatibility has decreased! Incheon is excellent. I'm having a great time. The teaching is easy, there is desk warming galore, and the partying is fun. This whole 'going out every night' thing is getting quite exhausting though. How is everything going with you? I went to Hongdae this past Saturday night, it was pretty good! We should meet up one of these days and see each others respective areas.

laugh and hug them and tell them to keep talking! England, as I recall, doesn't have very good food. All I remember eating was the typical English breakfast: beans, eggs on toast, fried tomato etc. and eating fish and chips... hah! So typical!! The portions are well sized though... not like here where they give you a meal fit for three people and expect you to eat it all. In southern California the obesity problem isn't that bad since we're more health conscious and vain, but I heard that in places like the midwest... the majority of the people are like whales!!! I mean, how do you let it progress to that point before you decide to do something about it? haha I am talking about food so much right now! It's because I'm on a lunch break. nom nom. Are you planning to do a lot of traveling in Korea? Or are you just gonna stay put in your area being busy teaching? I'M STILL SO JEALOUS AND EXCITED ABOUT YOUR LIFE!

HI LUKE!!!! here's your last.fm message! I almost couldn't find you in my shoutbox since you got rid of the totorooooo :( I'm eating mediterranean food and it is so good.... pitas and samosas and long-grained rice with little beans and coconut battered shrimp mmmmm. So are you getting tired of Korean cuisine yet?! When i was in China only for 12 days I was already starting to crave greasy American food and Mexican food!! People on my tour were bitching about having to eat so much Chinese food though and would actually skip the free meals to go eat at Burger King or something. I mean, really?? If it came down to it I'd have no problem eating Asian food forever.. I'd just miss American food sometimes. What is your favorite type of food? Do you watch Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations? And what do you think of Gordon Ramsey since he is British?!?! hahaha angry british people crack me up because I'm just so in love with the accent that no matter how angrily they're yelling, I just want to

hey! yes i arrived on the 29th. i love it here! there was an orientation for the incheon people, there were about 90 of us - good times! i just got to my apartment yesterday - a little dirty, but nothing a little cleaning can't fix. it's super small, but i guess that's to be expected. how are you enjoying seoul? are you going to dj fest in october? meeting up sometime sounds good!

Needed to cos my iPhone wouldn't scrobble for about 3 weeks and since my travel listens are about 75% it was no longer accurate. Imported iTunes plays and that so no real harm done. Couldn't remember how I jigged it last time so I didn't have to delete so big ol' restart. Why do bad things happen to good people?

Of course American people love your slang, haven't I been telling you how amazing it is?!?!? hahah What's your angle?! Are you meeting many American people? I can't believe you are enjoying kimchi... soon you will smell like it too! I can't believe this is realyl happening.. my daily adventures are no doubt flat and uninteresting compared to your new lifestyle! I hope you are meeting some cool Californians, and I'm glad you're teaching the kids British English and not American english! Yes, you can add me! My name is Ashley Soo and I'm on the UCIrvine network.

thanks, that's more like it. sounds more up your street that you could have imagined. gee and cheap living. it's good here, poor as fuck though, just spend a reunion weekend with uni people in kent, just didn't want to leave. can't move on from how chat-based they all are, doubtful i'll meet anyone as good as my uni mates or home mates in london! housemates are fine, still swillin like there's no tomorrow. sick of fantasy too, on sat night i had three players whod played and was on like 50 points. then the rest played on sunday and now i have like 53 points. cheers. sick of it. think we'll do citeh tonight though. off 2 see allo darlin on wed, just 3 quid. favourite album of the year, all thanks to you. my current listen is a band called standard fare, but they're anything but. from sheffield too. YORKSHIRE YORKSHIRE BIG LEEDS LADS N THAT. miss you! nice partridge ref, is this the best video on youtube? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CL4p9p1j-8M
