Thanks :) Well, for example I've always liked fish. My favourites are: 1) smoked rainbow trout, 2) fried vendace with mashed potatoes, 3) gravlax. And not to be too sophisticated, I also like pizza very much, the more the filling, the better! :D Homemade is the best.

Hi William, I saw that photo too! Love it! I can remember playing Crokinole as a kid but as far as I know it's not too popular here anymore. I could be wrong though! Did people play the card game "Kaiser" in Quebec where you grew up? I heard that game was fairly unique to Saskatchewan, but I'm not sure… (P.S. The Sadies played here last night opening for Neil Young & Crazy Horse... I didn't go but I bet they are having a great experience on that tour!) Cheers

I should've warned you that Dan Baird's album was a bit of a grower! I'm seeing the band in a few weeks when they hit the UK. Saw them last year and they were fantastic. Their set was 2 hours 40 minutes long and they looked like they could've kept rocking all night. It's got to be a sign of a great show if a band is on stage for that long and you still want them to go on!

Huh it's so hot here!! id love to go kayaking now. somewhere nice and cold and have a swim in a river. Other than that it would cure the hangover. I think it's fair and square to say "best 20 records", it's your opinion and your right :). I don't think i either know that much about music. it's not hard for me to translate things in english, when you speak another language you just have to think in that language, and that's it. i know mine isn't perfect but i try. Will write you more a bit later, when i, hopefully, come to my senses... for now, i hope you're sleeping tight.

yes-i usually see 15-20 preds games a year which has been going on since the team came here-i grew up in chicago so im also a hawks fan-but preds first in my adopted hometown. saw the habs last year(i think)here and sat with some canadians fans(all speaking french)-real dedication to travel down here from canada. by the way my son bought a canadians hat and shirt-he used to love the bruins but that may have changed- anyway-nashville is a nice town-you should stop by some time-maybe see a hockey game.take care-mark
