I don't really check out much new hip hop anymore but I recently heard this Injury Reserve project "Live From The Dentist Office" check it out I really liked the nostaligia feel of it but still being modern, interesting, quotable new hip hop. Definitely gunna be following theses guys.

Ah yeah I havent been there since everything went down lol. I'm pretty mcuh completely out of the forum game really only use this, twitter, and tumblr. and of course like most ppl FB begrudgingly. - and yeah this time of year is killer for sports cus all thats on is MMA, Wrestling and Baseball, wich I like wrestling, I dont really follow MMA hard, but I like McGregor alot cus of the Irish thing, Rousey is always must see, and now that CM Punk is going to UFC I'll watch his fights. I miss when football, hockey, AND basketball was on lol. My main sports indulgence now is NBA< NFL, and NHL though. I'm a Mets fan too, but baseball is too many games and too slow moving.

Sesh is great, really mainly a BONES, Kenshin, and Xavier guy though havent dabbled too much into Dylan Ross and the others like Nasty Matt, but Greaf does make great instrumentals, same with Jayyeah, but Im not sure if he's in Sesh or just a frequent collaborator im not SUPER in tune on things like I use to be long as I got the music. I been really spreading my ears "wings" a bit lately dabbling into a lot more experimental/abstract stuff as well as just different genres in general just looking for new sounds to feast on, found some good post-punk, new wave, chillwave, and lofi shit that way.
