Yup. Classical is a bitch. Mine is pretty well organized, though; there’s no one way to do it, but you’ve GOT to be consistent. (Well, I have to be consistent; I don’t care what you do.) I like that ScrobblePod lets you scrobble by the album artist, instead of the artist itself, so I put the composer there. It also allows me to put any featured artists in non-classical tracks in the artist field, and then it’ll scrobble by the album artist, which I prefer. The curled quotation marks and apostrophes causes some scrobbling issues too (like, with getting added to the main charts), but I generally submit track name corrections for those. Classical music is a huge clusterfuck on last.fm, though, regardless of how you do it. YOU may be organized, but that doesn’t mean everybody else is.

Yeah, but…since you’re a new member, can’t you upload your iTunes .xml file or something, and then it gives you something to start with? I’ve always held that against new members (as in, those that joined within the past year), since I wasn’t eligible to do that when I joined way back when.

It’s high, but it’s not ridiculously high. :P Grr…it bothers me how you listen to music on shuffle. I guess I’ve just gotten used to listening to albums (for the most part).
