Three years after their last double release, Timewarp inc make their comeback with the very fresh Groovy Booty. What is very intriguing is the more mature and evolved style that Timewarp inc have developed. There are many apparent influences from the old school funk scene, expressed in a very musical touch. Timewarp inc have been working on this cd the last two years. Many musicians have participated and given their personal touch on the general atmosphere. Live bass, guitar and percussions are recorded in each track, while there are many guest appearances from ethereal vocalists, violin players, sax and Austria's finest Stoney the Flute. The whole release gives a sense of a well tuned live band combined with modern electronica, since all tracks were performed and reworked during many live acts the past two years.
