We are ending the 2008-09 school year in big style with an awesome free outdoor concert. Taking place in the parking lot across from Square One, this bill is going to feature 3 out of town bands and 1 local act. K Records founder and DIY pioneer Calvin Johnson will be performing with his new band The Hive Dwellers (which features members of Dub Narcotic Sound System & Saturday Looks Good to Me). Chain & the Gang is Ian Svenonius' new band. Ian is a pure legendary rocker as seen in his days with Nation of Ulysses, The Make Up, and Weird War. Tartufi is a two piece epic math rock band from San Francisco. Greensboro's Invisible will open up the show. This will be an event for the ages!!!
