where have you visited? i joined fuji rock festival for the first time and it was an unbelievably amazing experience. saw my bloody valentine too, almost cried! going to see rei harakami/kahimi karie/jim o'rourke tonight instead of weg - two of my favourite japanese artists - should be fun! tell me how weg's performance was later ne:)

you know on that weg's website there are lots of hidden pages. i think the visual images match his musical world perfectly. i like kashiwa daisuke too. are you going to see weg at super deluxe on august 6th? i would love to but i'm going to see reiharakami so can't make it again...:(

tokyo is pretty good too but london music life sounds very attractive to me. in terms of music, if i could choose i would go to montreal or chicago - heaven for postrockers! have you checked the lineup of ATP in new york curated by MBV? it's crazy, like literally crazily good. i really hope they will come to tokyo someday... i haven't watched heima actually, like i said i've stopped stalking SR since takk so. but if you think it's really really really awesome, i shouhld check it out soon ne

i studied music at s-uni but i've lived in rusholme too! digged my old gig tickets up and found out that i went to mt.zion@bierkeller and mogwai@academy1 as well as sigurros@apollo - any coincidence? it's been 2years since i left there and i miss the music scene and curry alot:)

ah no it was academy2 i think... "happy music" tour, it was the brightest mogwai i had ever seen.

Yeah, it was a pretty disappointing album to be honest. If you don't mind me asking, why are you in Japan? I heard there was some extremely good lineup of gigs happening there.
