I think Morbius is something completely unique to itself but the riffing and songwriting styles are really similar in GBK and Arghoslent. Mocking the Philanthropist is kind of all over the place and goofy sometimes, Judeobeast and Kosherat seem to be more uh.."mature" and focused, and it makes the albums flow together way better in my opinion.

Hmm, which GBK have you given a solid listen? That's really one of the best black metal bands out there. Morbius is fucking amazing but I wouldn't say they really have many similarities musically to the other two.

Haha, yeah I actually didn't like them until I was 23-24 maybe, I had given them random chances several times before that and could never get into it, and now I really like them. I primarily listen to Arsenal of Glory and Galloping though.

I always thought the grade system sucked here. It's never accurate. The highest you can get is 5+ and lowest is 1-. Now, assuming you got twenty questions in a test and you answer one incorrectly, It's still not enough to reduce the grade from 5+ to 5. Hence, the decision goes at the hands of the teacher who decides to drag the grade down or not solely on whether he likes you or not.

Haha, I don't think anyone in Louisiana speaks French anymore, no. I actually do speak some Spanish, but that's because I'm originally from El Salvador in Central America. And yeah, I've listened to some harcore/crust. I like some crust. I haven't listened to it in years, though. When my last harddrive/computer died, I lost some of my music on it, including my punk music folder. Never really tried to reacquire it afterwards.

I like it though, overall it's pretty nice. I didn't want to live right in the middle of a big fucking city so I think Tacoma is about perfect at around 200,000 people. Seattle's only about a 20-30 minute drive too.

Claim to fame...well, aside from the bridge there's the really bad gang violence in the 80's and 90's but since then it's been cleaned up quite a bit. There's some shitty parts but my neighborhood is pretty good. Then there's the "Tacoma aroma" from the industry here...definitely smells kind of strange sometimes...

woops, late reply again! Yes, what you say is true. I guess I thought we were referring to people who listen to the kind of metal we do. I think our taste in death metal, or rather what draws us to the same sort of death metal (as opposed to Behemoth) kind of relates back to our personalities and how we see and approach life. While even there many of us differ by a lot, I think our inherent personalities have a lot more in common than not.

Aye. To be honest, I would imagine many guys into metal are INTJs, but that would just be my J-personality making an assumption, lol.
