  lol i haven't listened to hardcore in quite a while, and there's a bit less noisy techno than hardcore - i was gonna recommend DJ Speedsick but I see you've already listened to him - Julien Andreas is pretty great too (especially Trust in Filth)

  Actually, there is also Imminent Starvation - Human Dislocation, and Converter - Shock Front... Those are "power noise" but really you could also describe them as hardcore with heavy industrial/noise tendencies
