Care to suggest any entries for my new playlist, "Defective Affinities"? http://www.last.fm/user/baslow/library/playlists/2gp6j_defective_affinities

Having, in my last shout, established myself as a self-absorbed ass of rather alarming dimensions I should say that I have now had a chance to listen to your library and -- whaddya know? -- it's pretty much exactly the sort of mix I like to listen to (when I am not SO involved in self-regard that I can spare attention to, you know, music).

Google me and you'll find that I've used "omnium" as a prefix a lot, over many years. I'm a consumer collagist, a juxtapositionalist, a lover of the creation of unexpected textures that the only the yoking together of the far-flung and the unlikely can produce. I've been trying to teach Pandora.com to do this for me, with only some success. Someday I'll retire and start my own streaming radio station, with due respect paid to "Shickele Mix", "Spinning on Air" and "Radio X" (radio programs you may or may not have heard of --- I can't tell where you live, or how long), Drop by any time. Thanks for the note!

Nice catch. I'm liking her Fidelity so far ;)
